It doesn’t matter if you’re a first timer looking to get in shape or if you’re an experienced athlete looking to become the next Ironman World Champion. The goal of our practices is to cater to every individual.
Practices offer organized workouts designed to improve one’s fitness in each aspect of the triathlon race. The total team effort in practices creates an exciting atmosphere conducive to individual improvement.
No matter your experience level, if you come to practice willing to push yourself, you will reach any and all goals you set for yourself.
Stay hydrated, get electrolytes, bring food... better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it.
